Willie Lee Monroe Brown

Willie Lee Monroe Brown, 63, of Monticello, AR passed away on September 24, 2020 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Arkansas.
Willie was born on January 31, 1957 to Marvis and Sadie Mae Griffin Brown.
Willie had a strong belief and faith in Christ. His light shined brightest when he was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He was a jack of all trades and loved his family and friends. He love to entertain and help others in any way he could.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Alvin "Bubba" Brown and Terry Brown.
The union of Willie and his former wife Marilyn Vincent three children were born. He leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Mykeoba Brown, Sandreale Brown and Deonnia Brown all of Monticello, AR.; three sons, Lavell (Cherelle) Neely of Warren, AR, Quinton Brown of Pine Bluff, AR, and Zreland Ingram of Monticello, AR; four brothers, Marvin Brown of Winchester, AR, Leroy (Leasola) Brown of Pine Bluff, AR, Johnny Ray and Arthur Brown of Wilmar, AR; three sisters, Deborah Block of Wilmar, AR, Sarah (John) Haynie of Wilmar, AR, and Shelia (Mark) Proctor of Pine Bluff, AR.
Special Aunts, Tommie Mae Brown and Jean Rhea Douglas both of Monticello, AR.
He leaves special grandchildren Quiterrius Brown, Shontiara Johnson, Iyanna Brown, and Drayden Johnson all of Monticello, AR.; Destiny Neely, Jordan Neely, Bentley Neely, and Jamia Thomas of Warren, AR
He also leaves to cherish a host of nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home, 738 Oakland Street, Monticello, AR.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 2, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at the Campground Cemetery (AKA Mount Pleasant Cemetery); Rev. Clarence Woodard officiating. Burial will take place at .
