THELMA LOUISE TYLER
Funeral Service for Thelma Louise Tyler, 65, of Eudora, AR will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2022. Service will be held at the Minister's Institute, North Front Street, Eudora; Rev. Albert Jones, officiating minister.
Thelma was born on October 11, 1956 in Eudora, Arkansas. Her mother was Viola Wells. She was a life long resident of Eudora; attending school in the Eudora School District and was a member of the class of 1975. She was a member of Jericho Missionary Baptist Church; Rev. Albert Jones, Pastor. After 26 years of employment by Superior Surgical Industries (Eudora Garment), she retired and was able to give more time to those things she loved; such as, working in her yard, cooking, arts and crafts, and providing counseling to family members.
Ms. Tyler passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at her home in Eudora. She is survived by three sons, Gregory Sheldon Jackson of Eudora, AR, Gaiquiri Tyler (Veronica) of Harker Heights, TX, and Gerick Sharrell Tyler (De'Ana) of Conway, AR; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two siblings, Ronnie Johnson (Clemenstine) of Eudora, AR and Blanch Akis (Joseph) of Eudora, AR.
Visitation for the family will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel, 137 Front Street, Eudora, AR. Public viewing will be held at the Minister's Institute Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Burial will take place in Hill Cemetery, Highway 159 South. Services entrusted to Dillard Funeral Home, 137 Front Street, Eudora.
