Tearther Penn, 84, of Wilmot, AR passed away on February 11, 2021 at his home in Wilmot, Arkansas.
Tearther was born on December 16, 1936 to Rufus and Delia Penn in Wilmot, Arkansas. He married Julia Faye Penn who preceded him in death after 58 Years of marrieage. To this union ten children were born. TeArthur committed himself to Christ at an early age and he and his wife were both long time members of Sweet Home Baptist Church in Wilmot, AR.

TeArthur was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister: Clemel Penn, Earl Penn Fred Lee Penn, Grover Penn, Prentice Penn, Rufus Penn Jr. and Mildred Thorton. Two grandchildren and two great grandchildren also preceded him in dath, Kimberly Penn Tavokies Penn, Kaleb Stokes and Keyshon Wells.
TeArthur leaves many to cherish his memory to include five siblings: Willies James (Chris) Penn, Robert Penn, Calvin (Jessica) Penn Johnny (Felicia) Penn and Marie Leavy. Arthur also leaves behind tenn children Eunice Penn Stokes, Velma (Herbert) Penn, Brenda (Paul) Penn Lakedra Penn, Tavares (Lekeisha) Penn, Lee Otis Penn, TeArthur Penn, Jr., Casadare Penn, William Penn and Tony Penn. TeArthur also raised Clemel (Andrea) Penn and Tamecia Penn after the loss of their parents. 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren 2 great, great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews are also left to cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on from at Dillard Funeral Home in Eudora, AR., on Thursday February 25, 2021 from 5pm - 6pm
Funeral services will be on Friday February 26, 2021 at in the Sweet Home Baptist Church; Wilmot, AR with Rev. Albert Fenceroy , Pastor and officiating minister. Burial will take place at Second Baptist Cemetery, Hwy 165 South, Wilmot, AR.
