Ricky Lattimore, Sr. Pastor | Rev. J.R. Hooper, Officiating Rosie Lee was born 10/2/1939 in Dermott, AR to the late Norman and Bernice Moore. She became an angel in Heaven July 19th, 2018. Mrs. Lee received her education in the Dermott School System. She truly enjoyed working in the Food Service Department at Morris Booker Memorial College and at Dermott Area on Aging Agency, where she established lifelong friendships. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Young Chapel AME in Dermott. On Jan. 6, 2008, she transferred her membership to Holland Chapel AME Church under the leadership of Rev. Shalene Jenkins, where she faithfully served as Stewardess. Ms. Rosie took great pleasure in attending Sunday School and Church Services. She was a woman of peace and love. She was well known for her sweet smile and humble spirit. On Jan. 13, 1957, Rosie was united in holy matrimony to the late Rev. Daniel Lee Sr. To this union, 10 children were born. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt to: Pastor Daniel Lee (husband), Rochelle Dukes (daughter), Quentin Graham (grandson), Gladys Dixon and Thelma Marshall (sisters) who pre-deceased her She leaves to cherish her memory nine children: Daniel Lee Jr., Richmond, VA.; Terence Lee (Edna), Jacksonville, AR; Timothy Lee, Little Rock, AR; Rachel Lee Dukes (Larry), Sherwood, AR; Rene Lee Johnson, Richmond, VA; Derwin Guy Lee, McGehee, AR; Remonia Lee, Dermott, AR; Daktor Le (Jotis), Little Rock, AR; and Theressa Lee (Finance' Michael Tyler) of Dermott, AR. She also has 24 grandhildren, 22 great grandchildren; sisters Erma Burks (Otis), and Norma Selph (Eli); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family expresses their sincerest appreciation for the tremendous acts of love shown during the transition of their beloved Rose.
