Michael was born on January 10, 1987 to Michael Carter, SR. and Shalonda Cobbs in Monticello, Arkansas. He passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023 in Dermott.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 to 12:00 a.m. Friday, December 15, 2023, at Dillard Funeral Home, 111 North Freeman Street, Dermott and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday at Dillard Funeral Home, 738 East Oakland, Monticello.
