MARY BUTLER

Memorial Service for Mrs. Mary Butler, 61, of McGehee, AR will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022. Service will be held at Jericho Baptist Church, Eudora; Rev. Antonio Handie, officiating.
Mary was born on February 15, 1961 to Major and Rosa Lee Butler in Peoria, Illinois. Mrs. Butler passed on March 11, 2022 at her home in McGehee, Arkansas. She was married to Charles Meredith.
Mary lived in McGehee and was a member of St. Andrews Baptist Church, Wolfe Project, McGehee. She graduated from Eudora High School with the class of 1979. After graduation she attended the University of Arkansas, Monticello. Her favorite hobbies/interest was sewing and cooking.
Mrs. Butler is survived by two daughters, Rosa Meredith of McGehee, AR, Faydra Handie of Pine Bluff, AR; and one son, Devonte Clayton of Dallas, TX; nine grandchildren.
