Union Baptist Church 377 Hwy 209 Parkdale, AR Rev. Jesse C. Knight, Officiating Herman "Tiny" Williams, 80, of Parkdale, AR surrendered his earthly vessel and answered the call of his heavenly father Saturday, Dec. 8, 2017 at Jefferson Regional Hospital in Pine Bluff. He was born Jan. 1, 1937 in Parkdale. He was happily married to Freddie Mae Williams for 54 years. Mr. Williams was a deacon, treasurer and servant of God at Union Baptist Church, Parkdale, AR under the leadership of Rev. Knight. He enjoyed going to church, spending time with family and sitting on his front porch. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his mother Alethea Aldridge, grandmother Claudine Collins, a daughter Kosandria Wise, three brothers Henry, Lawrence and L.C. Williams. He is survived by his wife, Freddie Mae Williams; two sons Leroy (Patricia) Williams of Dermott, Herman Jr. (Alicia) Williams of Midwest City, OK; six daughter Verline (A.C.) Campbell of Parkdale; Mary (Stanley) Irons of St. Louis, Janice (Ken) Jolly of Oklahoma City, OK; four sisters Willie Mae Goodwin of Crossett; Mozell Dortch of Parkdale, Dorothy (Sam) Wherry of Little Rock and Clora Easby; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grand children, nieces, nephews and friends.
