Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church 1109 N. School Street Dermott, AR 71638 Rev. Ricky Lattimore, Officiating Cloyce Ann Fulford, 72, humbly surrendered her earthly vessel July 31, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Dermott, AR, July 20, 1945 to the late Lecester Owens and Asilee Owens. Cloyce accepted Christ at a very young age. She was a member of Washington Memorial Church of God in Christ, Dermott, AR, for many years. During the past several years she was a faithful member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church until God called her home. After graduating with the Chicot High School class of 1963, she went on to attend AM&N College, now the University of Arkansas in Pine Bluff, and returned to Dermott where she served the community in several roles, beginning at the Dermott Glamorize Company. She also used her talents as a seamstress to open her own business, Ann's Sewing Boutique. Later, Ann joined the Dermott Police Department and most recently was a valued staff member at the Dermott Regional Juvenile Treatment Center where she worked until her death. Those left to morn her passing and cherish her memory include her loving husband, Robert Fulford of Dermott, her mother Mrs. Asilee Owens of Dermott; one son, Anthony Owens of Chesapeake, VA; one daughter, Jacqueline Fulford of Jacksonville, AR; grandchildren, Porsha, Toni, Jacqutta, Falon, Kyah, TyTi'Yana and Christopher; great grandchildren, Melanie, Levi, Ace and Madalyn; aunts, Juanita Leverette, Blanche Doss, Voncele Leverett, Margaret Leverette; special family friends, Jesse Burton and Davette Logan, and a host of cousins and other family members and friends. Mrs. Fulford will be laid to rest at Hurds Cemetery, Hurds, AR.
