Bonnie Mae Ruff, age 80, of Wilmot, AR, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Delta Regional Medical Center, Greenville, MS. She is survived by one daughter, Karen Freeman of Vicksburg, MS; one son, Anthony Ruff of Wilmot, AR; four grandchildren and one great grandchild; three brothers, Michael, Jerome, and Bennie Terry of Denver, Colorado; one sister, Shirley Terry of Denver, Colorado; a special niece, Connie Mosley of Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Ruff was a Foster Grand Parent at Wilmot Elementary School. She also worked in past years as a substitute teacher. Before working with Wilmot Elementary School, she was the Director of the Wilmot Head Start Program. She was a graduate and active alumni of Slack-LaGrande High School and attended UAM-Monticello. Mrs. Ruff touched many lives in her community, especially the children, through her love, patience, giving, and community involvement.
